The field of study of The Orthodox Church Museum is one of a kind in Finland and in thewhole of Scandinavia. The Orthodox Church Museum acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits, for purposes of study, education and enjoyment, material evidence and cultural heritage of the history of the Finnish Orthodox Church. The museum is supervised by the Foundation of The Orthodox Church Museum of Finland.
